The Town of Amherst is currently accepting nominations for people who have contributed to their community or a good cause in an exceptional way.
Volunteer Nominations will be accepted for a range of community volunteers including adult, youth and family categories who donate their time to help others and by supporting the causes in which they believe. From the nominations one individual from each category will be honoured on behalf the Town of Amherst at this provincial reception, and will be presented with a Provincial Volunteer Certificate as part of National Volunteer Week (April 23 to April 29, 2017) events.
If you know anyone who has done something worthy of recognition and who has not previously recognized by your group/organizations for volunteer services in the last 5 years, then show your gratitude bynominating them!
