New Amherst council to be sworn in on Nov. 3, 2020

The newly elected Mayor and Council of the Town of Amherst will be officially sworn into office on Nov. 3, 2020, at 7 p.m., at the Community Credit Union Business Innovation Centre. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions on gathering size, we will only be able to accommodate 25 members of the public. Those wishing to attend must pre-register by calling 902-667-6527 and providing their name and contact information. 

Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we will not be able to admit any who do not pre-register.

The event will be recorded and a video will be available the next day.
