One of the first steps after a major snowstorm is snow clearing. Please take appropriate precautions whenever clearing snow.
Remember: sidewalks or streets adjacent to your property cannot be obstructed by your snow clearing activities. Do not push snow onto streets or sidewalks.
No person shall deposit any snow or ice on the travelled way of a street or sidewalk or deposit any snow or ice near a portion of the travelled way of a street or sidewalk so as to hinder clearing of the travelled pathway.
As the owner or occupant of a property, you are to remove all snow from the obstructed portion of the sidewalk adjacent to your property.
