Who's Excited for Scarecrow Stroll 2026?
The seventh annual Scarecrow Stroll takes place from October 21-31, 2026. Get ready to walk around town to see one-of-a-kind scarecrows displayed by participating Amherst shops, restaurants, businesses and community groups. Remember how much fun we had last year!
For this year's Scarecrow Stroll, we are motivating residents to take part too!
What's This All About?
We encourage local businesses and residents to create a "scarecrow" at their home or business. We then add all of these locations to a map for our community to tour and to take pictures with. Keep in mind there is a competition for best scarecrow!
Amherst in Gloom - A spin on a local initiative "Amherst in Bloom" - for residents who love to decorate their home/yard with Halloween/spooky/fall decor! Upon submitting your address we will add it to our map for our community to tour.
