The new street providing access to the apartment development behind E.B. Chandler Junior High School will be named Gallagher Street.
The intersection where Gallagher Street meets Willow Street – located between Webster Street and Walter Purdy Avenue – will soon become a three-way stop.
Work in this area is expected to begin later this week.
Temporary detours will be in place while crews install new signage and a new crosswalk.
