NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Amherst Town Council, at a meeting held on November 24, 2025, adopted a new Municipal Planning Strategy & Land Use Bylaw which governs all aspects of land use and development within the Town.
The documents are in effect as of the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the documents are available for viewing at Amherst Town Hall during regular business hours, or on the Town of Amherst website at https://www.amherst.ca/planning-economic-development.html
