Please be advised that changes have been made to the parking area behind the Credit Union in downtown Amherst.
Along the exit lane from the George Blanch Memorial Parking Lot to Havelock Street, parking used to be designated on the left side. This is now a no parking zone.
Parking is now provided on the right side of the lane in clearly marked spots.
Drivers are advised that these changes are now in effect and parking violations will be issued accordingly.
